Sunny Seattle - Part 2 of 2

Robby had a great time playing with his cousin Kylee. He really liked putting her binki in and out of her mouth. I think he will be a great big brother one day!

Sunny Seattle - Part 1 of 2

Last week Robby and I went to Seattle for a long visit. We were able to see Great Grandma Mary, Grandma Carol, Grandpa Bob, Grandma Linda, Uncle Alex and their new exchange student, Aunt Verna and cousin Kylee, Uncle Brian and Aunt Sierra, Grandma Jan (a long-time family friend) and my step-sister Cassie and her family Joel, Heather and Emma.

Here are some pictures of our visit. I will post more pictures and video of Robby's visit with his favorite cousin Kylee in a couple days. (Its really cute)

We had a great time seeing all of you and miss you very much!

Pretty Boy

Robby loves to play with these flowers. I think he is going to be crafty like his Mamma when he grows up! Rob's not too happy about this...

Water Logged

We went to the water park again. This time I captured the fun moments on video. The video is a little wobbly cause I had to try and keep my camera dry and it was hard to see Robby on the screen because of the sun, but you can still see how much fun he has at this place. When the water shoots up from the ground, he will put his whole face in it. He doesn't seem to mind it going up his nose because he did it over and over again.

We were sad to find out the the pool closes in a couple days and schools start next week. Summer is drawing near to an end. However, we will still have another month of hot weather, so I guess we are going to have get a sprinkler for our backyard for Robby to run through.

Enjoy...

What's so funny?

I was making dinner while Robby was watching a cartoon. He was sitting very quietly on the floor and all of a sudden he burst out in a deep laugh. I wanted to see what was so funny, so I rewound the video. He was watching the cartoon Little Bear which has lots of animals. The duck was performing a magic show and making his cracker disappear. With the ducks back turned to the audience he would eat the cracker and make a munching sound. For some reason that was the funniest thing to Robby. I kept playing it over and over and he kept on laughing and laughing!

The Water Park

My neighbor just told us about a water park in Nampa. So we went to check it out. This place was awesome! It is geared towards younger kids and has lots of fun water spraying nozzels & toys; plus a water slide. And it only cost $1 to get in! What a deal. As you know we go swimming alot because Robby likes it so much. But the only set back is that we have to hold him the whole time. (even the shallow end it too deep for him) But at this water park he can run around play on his own. The pool has a beach slant entrance so he can run in and out. He really likes it and its our new favorite place!
